By completing and submitting the form on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By submitting the form, you are requesting information or services from Doody Disposal.
If you provide credit card information, you authorize Doody Disposal to charge your card for the quoted rate on a monthly basis.
Services will be billed upfront each month, and your card will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription (see Cancellation Policy below).

If you only complete the lead capture portion of the form (without providing payment information), you agree to be contacted by Doody Disposal via phone, email, or text to discuss service options.
You are not obligated to sign up for services until you provide payment information and agree to the terms outlined here.

Monthly billing will begin immediately upon submission of your credit card information.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment. Services may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

Doody Disposal is not responsible for delays in service due to acts of God, inclement weather (e.g., hurricanes, floods, tropical rains, sleet, snow, ice), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If service is delayed due to weather or other factors, we will resume services as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.
To cancel your subscription, you must provide 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made by contacting us at [email protected].

Doody Disposal is not liable for any damage to property, injury, or other issues arising from the presence of pet waste or our cleanup process, except in cases of gross negligence.
We are not responsible for pets escaping your property during or after our service. It is your responsibility to ensure gates and enclosures are secure.
While we take every precaution to prevent the spread of germs, Doody Disposal is not responsible for any health issues related to pet waste.

Your personal and payment information will be kept secure and used only for the purposes of providing services and communicating with you.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Doody Disposal reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
